Intercom for Jira DC/Server end of life
After careful consideration, ToolsPlus has made the difficult decision to discontinue Intercom for Jira Server and Intercom for Jira Data Center by 31st October 2023 in accordance with Atlassian’s decision to discontinue support for Jira Server by 15th February 2024.
Existing customers were informed on 14th April 2023. If you are looking for instructions to migrate to Intercom for Jira Cloud, please refer to the migration guide. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do reach out to support@toolsplus.io.
Intercom for Jira Data Center/Server allows you to set up a seamless two-way process from chatting with a customer in Intercom to creating and processing Jira issues and back again. Empower your customer service team to provide excellent communication by linking Intercom conversations to Jira issues. Updates on issues can then flow back to Intercom conversations and trigger reopening of closed Intercom conversations so your team knows instantly when it's time to get back to the customer.
