# Uninstalling the app

To uninstall Jira Cloud for Intercom, go to the app store by clicking on the **settings icon (1)** in the bottom-left of the navigation bar. After that, click **Integration → App Store (2)** and find **Jira Cloud (3).**

&#x20;Click on the **Jira Cloud app** modal, select **Uninstall (1)**.

Please let us know in the uninstall dialog why you are uninstalling the app.
