# Adding the app to Inbox

After your Intercom administrator has [installed the Intercom Inbox app](/intercom/jira-cloud-for-intercom/guides/intercom-administrator/setting-up.md#installation) in your Intercom workspace, you can add the Jira Cloud app to your Inbox.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Teammate-specific configuration**

Note that adding the Jira Cloud app to your Intercom Inbox will not automatically add it to your teammates' Inboxes. Each Intercom teammate will have to add the app themselves.
{% endhint %}

From your Intercom Inbox, click **Edit apps (1)** at the bottom of the Inbox sidebar.

Find **Jira Cloud (1)** in the list of apps and then click **the pin icon (2)** to add the app to your Inbox sidebar.
