Jira Cloud for Intercom is a free-of-charge Intercom app that allows you to create and link Jira issues from your Intercom Inbox. Together with the paid you can unleash additional features such as commenting or unlinking issues. Head over to the get started guide to get up and running.

Jira Cloud for Intercom works even better together with the Jira integration. This combo allows you to link and unlink Intercom conversations to Jira issues, have updates to Jira issues posted as notes to linked Intercom conversations and even reopen linked conversations when the Jira issue is closed.
