allows you to set up a seamless two-way process from chatting with a customer in to creating and processing Jira issues and back again. Empower your customer service team to provide excellent communication by linking Intercom conversations to Jira issues. Updates on issues can then flow back to Intercom conversations and trigger reopening of closed Intercom conversations so your team knows instantly when it's time to get back to the customer.

Intercom for Jira was designed to work hand-in-hand with the free-of-charge Intercom integration. This combo allows you to link and unlink Intercom conversations to Jira issues, have updates to Jira issues posted as notes to linked Intercom conversations, and even reopen linked conversations when the Jira issue is closed.
