### How can see browser and OS information?

The app receives browser and OS information from Intercom as a combined **User agent** field. Simply search for the user agent field in Intercom for Jira when you [configure visible fields](/atlassian-cloud/intercom-for-jira/guides/jira-administrators/managing-visible-intercom-data-fields.md) to show browser and OS details in the conversation panel.\

## Compatibility

### Does the Intercom for Jira work with Jira Service Management?

Intercom for Jira is compatible with Jira Service Management. However, compatibility may depend on your use case. Intercom for Jira has [some features](/atlassian-cloud/intercom-for-jira/guides/jira-administrators/managing-app-features.md#enable-jira-service-management-support) for internal processes and internal service portals.

### Does the Intercom for Jira work with Jira Product Discovery?

No, Jira Product Discovery does not support Atlassian Marketplace apps, so Intercom for Jira does not work with it.

### How much does Intercom for Jira cost?

Intercom for Jira is priced based on the number of active users in your Jira instance (Atlassian pricing model). It does not matter how many users/leads or teammates you have in Intercom or how many conversation links you create.
