Inspecting linked Intercom conversations

With Intercom conversations linked to your Jira issue, you have several ways to find out more about the Intercom conversation and its associated customer or company. This section explains those features.

For each linked conversation you will see a minimized card indicating the name of the customer (1), actions (2) and a button to extend the card and view more details (3).

Actions include a link to open the conversation in Intercom (if you have access), a button to view the Intercom conversation in Jira and a collapsed dropdown menu to unlink a conversation.

Furthermore, the details panel provides additional customer details (4), company details (5) and conversation details (6).

Configuring visible customer and company details

Visible customer and company details can be configured by a Jira administrator in the Jira project settings.
