Revoking Intercom connection

When you first configured the Jira app for a Jira project you created a connection to one of your Intercom workspaces by entering the secrets for that workspace. You can revoke that connection at any time from the Jira project settings.

From your Jira home screen click the admin dropdown(1) and choose Projects, then select the project that you would like to configure. Click on Intercom integration (2) in the left-hand menu. This loads the Intercom integration settings page.

Click the Revoke (3) next to the green label that says Connected.

Revoking the connection to Intercom will not delete your Intercom conversation links or remove your project configuration, i.e visible fields or notification settings. If you ever decide to reconnect your Jira project the configuration will be back in place as before. Note, that existing conversation links will only be working, however, if you are connecting back to the same Intercom workspace.
