Please have a look at the pricing tab on the Intercom for Jira Marketplace listing to get a rough idea. Intercom for Jira is priced based on the number of active users in your Jira instance (Atlassian pricing model). It does not matter how many users/leads or admins you have in Intercom or how many conversation links you create or anything like that.
Currently, there is no direct migration path from Jira Server to Jira Cloud. However, we are considering to offer a direct and automatic migration path if there is interest in this. If you are looking to migrate please do reach out to us via support@toolsplus.io, we would love to know about it.
Luckily, Intercom for Jira provides roughly the same set of features both for Server and Cloud. The most noteable difference is the Intercom integration. On Jira Server it is part of the Jira app itself and you have to set up and configure an Intercom app yourself. On Jira Cloud, the Intercom integration is a separate app (free) that ToolsPlus is hosting for you. All you have to do is install it and connect it to your Jira Cloud instance.
