Managing Jira app features

Intercom for Jira allows you to disable core app features if you don't want your users to use them. This page explains how to disable core features and the effect that they will have.
Is this feature useful to you?
The option to disable core features exists for historic reasons. However, ToolsPlus does not know of any use cases where this would be actually useful. If you have a use case where you disable core app features please let us know at support@toolsplus.io.
From your Jira home screen click the admin dropdown(1) and choose Projects, then select the project that you would like to configure. Click on Intercom integration (2) in the left-hand menu. This loads the Intercom integration settings page.
Click the Conversation Linking (3) tab and disable the toggle button called Enable Conversation Linking (4).
Disabling Conversation Linking will stop the Jira app from sending any notifications to associated Intercom conversations.
Click the Conversation Panel (3) tab and disable the toggle button called Enable Conversation Panel (4).
Disabling the Conversation panel will hide linked Intercom conversation from the Jira issue view and will not allow Jira users to link conversations anymore.
From your Jira home screen click the admin dropdown(1) and choose Projects, then select the project that you would like to configure. Click on Intercom integration (2) in the left-hand menu. This loads the Intercom integration settings page.
